Social impact in education is easy to misrepresent. Enrollment numbers, completion rates, and certificates issued tell part of the story. The part that matters most—what changed in someone's life because of what they learned—is harder to measure but essential to pursue.
Our Impact Framework
We track outcomes across multiple dimensions:
- Skill acquisition and practical application
- Employment and income changes within 6 months
- Community teaching—learners who go on to share skills
- Institutional adoption—organizations that implement what they learned
- Long-term career progression over 12 to 24 months
Why This Matters
Organizations that fund and support social impact programs deserve honest reporting. Learners deserve programs designed around real outcomes, not vanity metrics. And the communities we serve deserve to know that the work we do is genuinely making a difference in their lives.
